I Gaurav Aggarwal bought a BB 9700 Bold2 on 14 April from Authorised seller from Delhi.
in October i suddenly facing the problem of network for which i made so many complaints and i replace / change my vodafone chip. After doing it i am facing the same problem of network
Problem- On road and in building my ph was disconnected in every 1 min and message shows call failed. inside of building i dont get any signals and with the same chip i used in Nokia i receive full signals.
After facing all this problems i gave this handset to your KHURANA BROS. Vikas Marg service centre on 4-11 and they update the software and i still face the same problem. Again i contact the vikasmarg they told me that we have to send this headset to Banglore and it will take 10 days appx. After 10 days they returned the handset and told me that they had changed the motherboad of phone. After using it i still face same network problem.
On 7-12 i took my handset to Okhla and Vikas marg they told me that can`t accept the handset coz the seal is open and you contact the blackberry.
If the motherboard of handset is replace by vikasmarg service centre, gurantee of seal is of blackberry not the customers. so why they are not accepting the handset to check the network problem.
I email to blackberry & redington.co.in, again they refuses and said that we will not accept the handset coz seal is broken.
