Faulty model handset even after replacement

Below are the details of the earlier handset:

Invoice no 6653 dated 8/2. Redington MKW/BB/36273

Case I'd BB0325241 visited on 18 feb12. Replaced in a week and bought the same model from HK mobile Bandra West Linking Road.

Am experiencing the same problem is with this replaced handset.

The keypad gets stuck. Battery drained. Also the handset stops working on its own

I have been following up on this with Mr gini ever since this problem s there.

No respite, am finally referred to

You.

Please do suggest a way forward.

I would not like to continue with the handset any further
