25days back gave my handset for repair till date no reply from Satnam Electronics G.K.1 M block Mkt, delhi

My blackberry is in waranty period..had bought mobile from Satnam Electroncs G.K. M Block Mkt

Had given for repair beginning July, till date have not seen sign of handset..I am calling the Satnam Electronics daily but they say its in Bangalore..dont know what I should do... can someone hep..plsss
