My Blackberry Bold 9000 was replaced because the handset was completely dead, but
upon requesting for brand new box pack replacement i have received an Refurbished Replacement replaced handset now the "E" key is not working the IMEI no of the handset is 980041002142642
Please help to get the new Box pack replaced handset.
