i recently brought a blackberry cure 8900 from mobile zone Chennai after two days the track ball was not functioning correctly i took to the dealer he said that I need to get a letter from the authorised service centre (reddigition INDIA) which is suited in t nagar as per the instruction i took the phone and they checked and told me that it is not possible for replacement because it was imported on September 09 how a buyer will be responsible for this rule i brought the phone just 5 days back kindly help me to solve the issues
