My mobile track pad stop working in 25 days, inspite of replacement paper submitted to concern distributor, yet not recd in last one week. M i supposed to have no. of mobile if using blackberry?
Pathetic contact process. they don’t have any office address or phone no or mail id to escalate the compliant. Pls help in getting my replacement immediately. And also help in changing their replacement policy, which should be customer friendly not company friendly.
