Battrey and charger is not working

I have purched New Blackberry phone on 2nd December from Delhi, and after 5 days my phone is not working properly it's going switched off, because of faulty battry and charger. Now i am not able to use my phone and i have complient so maney times but still i didn't recived any responce what i have to do?
