I bought a Blackberry Mobile model no.-8530 (CDMA) RSN/MEID: A000002526E676 BILL NO:8582 on 06/02 from UNIVERSAL CELLULAR POINT, Shop No.33-A, 4-5 Chowk, K.C. Road, N.I.T, Faridabad
After sometime it started giving problems like there was no signal strength on the phone and also two keys weren't working. So on 29th April in the service center of Blackberry at the address mentioned above. First they told that i have to wait for a week but after a week they again kept ignoring us and on dealing strictly they told us that they do not repair the CDMA models and that i should now take my dismantled phone to Gurgaon office.
Now even the shop owner is not giving me any satisfactory replies and even doesn't pick up my phone. Although my phone was of Rs.15, 000, i have suffered business losses amounting to around 10, 000. So kindly see into the main thing that if the service center was do not repair CDMA phones then why was i not informed the day i took my phone to them and even my phone is under warranty.
