Memory Card not Supporting, softare fault

I had purchased a Black Cherry BL7000B, Mobile before one months through Television Add. After Receiving it, When I insert a memory card. There was no any support on my mobile. Photo Capture Failed, MSDC Sector Error on Mobile Screen..and many others Problems. I not not satisfied after purchasing it. So, Kindly do the need ful.
