I have a blue b1 handset (without IMEI No) and your authorised service center at kankanady is saying that no service will be given free of cost to upload IMEI no. We contacted your customer care and their feed back that service should be free of cost. What should i do now. Because this is your product and for no mistake of mine i should suffer as i have opted your set. All other companies are providing on the spot free service but these people say that they only provide service for blue ion handset.
