Samsung AC
Terrible support / service and AC does not work

I Had purchased a 1.5 liter Samsung AC 2 years back in Delhi India and it has never worked since when the temperature rose above 40 degrees centrigade. Since 2nd June it had stopped working completely and I have made several calls to the customer support number they have provided but without any response leave aside a visit.

I am planning to move to the consumer court.
