Improper working of my mobile phone

Dear sir,

ihave purchased a mobile phone model no. Cris5253 on date 26.1 2011.Charging system 0f my mobile is not working properly from last two months. I have changed the charger of my mobile from service centre and from where I have purchased my mobile they said no to take the responsibility of my mobile phone. Last week I have gone for the trip to kullu and manali and in between of my trip the problem of charging again started and I was not able to contact from anyone all my important numbers were in this mobile. Even I was not able to contact to my family members. Please take strict action on my complaint. please change the mobile phone immediately and if you will not provide me a cell phone I will go to consumer court and you will be responsible for that.
