No refund after 2 mnths laso

Hi sir,

I have purchased 1 mobile phone from one of the interenet site called NAPTOL.

I had faced many problems with the handset and as it was in a warrenty period I asked them for refund. Their customer care center has told me that return the product to us we will refund you your money within 21 businees days after receiving the product. But after 2 months also I didnt got any refunds. I had talked to customer care for 3 times and every time I am getting the same answer from them that their cocerned department wiil get cal me within 7 dyas and I will get the returns. And still nothing has been done from their side. My order no. is 542290.
