I had ordered for an BOSS ePhone 3300 thru Naaptol.com on 15 th mar vide Order No - 226583 In voice no. 1271252 which was received by me on 24-25 Mar. quite on time as commited. As the Product carries the 6 MONTH warranty, found the touch function is not functioning. I have been trying to cotact customer care executive since 28/05 but there is no response every time I call it all our customer care executives are busy. Even After so many calls, I am not ableto registered my complaint.
Kindly help me out and get my phone replaced.
