Ear phone was not delivered with the handset

I am here with a complain that I bought a BOSS ePhone 3300 Mobile through Naaptol worth Rs.3999 Rs.200 (Delivery charge) My ID No. is 241242. I got all the Product except Earpiece I even complaint thrice to naaptol customer care first time they assured It will be delivered in next 7-10 working days but didnt come I complained for the second time they asked for sorry and promised again the same thing but again I didnt get and then I complaint for the third time hearing the same old promise. This time I am giving a written complaint with the hope that it is answered positively. My complain no. is 62037
