Boss e phone 3300
Touchscreen and Handsfree not working

Hi this is Samit from New Delhi and I purchased Boss E phone from Naaptol.com in the month of March but when I received it the handsfree was not working and now I have problem with the touchscreen, without it the phone is useless. Its under warranty period of 6 months. Iv'e made complaints phone calls and wrote e-mails to naaptol cutomer service. But nobody responds. I need a replacement of the phone asap. Thanx
