No exchange of mobile after only 24 hours

Sir,

I bought ZEN C380 (EMI No. A100000D8ED5FE) on the date may 29 from BITTOO MOBILE POINT J-1099, Mangol Puri, New Delhi-110083. On may 30in the morning when i go to exchange this handset with another set then saler is not resonding me and he said that i will not exchange it anyhow even it is lookinf like as before and there is not such any fault in this set after 24 hours.

plz take some necessary action as soon as possible.
