Complaint Reg. BPL Washing Machine BS 65

I'm staying @ A/604, Rachanaa-I B V Juvekar Marg, Bhandup (East) Mumbai 42. I had purchased BPL (BS65) washing machine say about 8/9 years back. Recently, the Wash Action Button is not functioning due to fastening belt.

Shall be grateful if your could suggest company mechanic for attending the same or else if your could communicate the details of nearest authorised service center.
