BPL washing machine, which was not working properly due to motor fault was repaired by the company authorised centre: BPL Cemac Service, L-2/110, New Mahavir Nagar, Main outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018.
The machine was repaired by them on 11.9.10 and total charges paid by me was Rs 1200/-
On next day i.e. 12.9.10, we tried to use the machine but it was found that there was short circuite problem resulting into flowing current in water / wash tub.
Despite repeated request over phone, no response received from the company.
It is requested that the problem to be resolved and required compensation to undue harrassment may be considered.
