Ths is to let u know tht iam one of ur customer having many electronics gadgets of ur company. I always preferred to buy any electronic gadget for my home of Sony make, thts just because of ur quality nd brand image of ur company world wide like ur handycam TRV 285 E, ur 4800 watts music system, Lcd. One of which is digital camera having model no. DCS-T5.I hav purchased it many years back nd never face any sort of problem. Now sm days before by my mistake it fell down nd the LCD of my cam got broken. I hav gone to one of ur service station in Chandigarh “Modern Electronics” nd asked thm the estimate for its repair, nd to my surprise the amount they demanded gives me the biggest shock of my life. They asked Rs.6500.00 for its repair. You tell me tht now a days there are many brands in market whose Digital cameras started for Rs.4000.00 nd nt only other brands even Sony now hav many models of cybershots starts from around Rs.5000.00, so dnt u thnk tht its unfair to get my cam repair rather thn buying a new one. Dnt u thnk its really unfair wth the customer to ask such a big amount for the repair.
Your dealer is doing unfair to the customer which gives bad impression about ur Brand Name. Why should anyone get anything repaired if by spending much lesser amount he can buy a new one.
You r kindly requested to sort my problem as I trust a lot on ur brand name.
I will b highly obliged to u if u please luk into the matter nd find a way to get my cam repaired.
