Zero service and rude behaviou

I am Sandeip Vishnoi from Indore (M.P.), India. I posses a Sony Ericsson handset U8 Vivaz Pro worth Rs. 25, 000 above because I have thought it is an elite brand. My cell phone is having charging and speaker problem. Due to the problems of my cell phone I am not even able to get my phone charged and facing a lot of problems in my business due to lack of communication with my customers.

The service of Indore Sony Ericsson center is really annoying. My cell phone is under warranty period and they are not considering my problems. The workers are not even have etiquette to talk to their customers and the behavior is disgraceful. I want an action on this severe problem within 48 hours. After it I am going to file a report on this.
