Mobile not repaired since 1 & 1/2 month

Respected Sir,

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile C902 on Nov from Iskon mall - Surat (One mobile shop).

After 6 month 3-side icons automatically on & taking more power & battery discharge with in 1 day. After that i have given mobile to Authorised dealer in Surat, they return after 2 month but still 1 icons remain slightly on. At that time i have nedded so i taken.

Again problem arised in june-11, this time my mobile automatic restart itself. Again given to authorised dealer they told me we are return within in 7 day, today 1 & 1/2 month completed but still they are not sure regarding what is problem (Wheather software or Hardware). Means they are not even check my mobile.

My mobile Sony erricsson company warrenty completed but I have done extra 1 year warrenty which will complete next month. Thats why i want to repair my mobile in this month other wise i will loose my insurance money.

4 times I visited his shop but all time they told we dont have parts of your mobile & we have given order but not coming.

I have also complain to Sony Ericsson but not getting good respons, they are given complaint no
