New AC malfunction

We have purchased new LG split unit 2.0 ton from Panavision Televideo Pvt. Ltd. two months back which is under service warranty from LG (Synergie Services). After installation we found out the Fan Blade to be out the complain for the same was registered and the engineer came for survey and found the fault to be in Company's product and informed the same will be changed by the company but no one till date have turned up for service.
