No swing and oscillation

I had purchased 1.5 tonne durakool split ac last year march and this year also one 1.5 tonne ac split durakool in which i noticed that there was no down swing and oscillation facility which gives slow cooling when compared to other companies when i complained the same with dealer vijay marketing, kadapa dealer he said simply why dont u put fan also ie, .cieling fan in on position which will cover entire room, so that cooling will be sufficient. this is the reply i receieved from the authorised distributor.

this is my trouble with above ac model has any other noticed this and made any complaint.thanking you si
