Purchased a one ton Carrier Durakool 5 star split airconditioner on 17/8 from Great Eastern Electronics, Dalhousie, Kolkata. Unit supplied has faulty indoor unit due to which there is water leakage as explained by Co. Technician, who assured that the faulty unit will be replaced. Despite daily follow up nothing has been done by the Co. Complaint reference no. KOL936 as registered on Carrier customer care at 180030111111.
