PURCHASED CELKON A 97 FROM SANGEETHA MOBILES, HASSAN ON 30.06.2012. IT IS CLEARLY GIVEN IN WEBSITE OF CELKON MOBILES THAT HANDSET IS 3G FACILITY ENABLED.
BUT TO MY SURPRISE WHEN 3G SIM IS USED IN MOBILE, NOT ABLE TO WORK ON NET. WHEN CONTACTED VODAFONE THEY INFORMED THAT THE HANDSET IS NOT COMPATIBLE AND HENCE 3G DOES NOT WORK IN IT.
THIS IS COMPLETE VIOLATION OF GIVING WRONG INFORMATION AND INDUCING CONSUMERS TO PURCHASE THE SETS WHICH DOES NOT HAVE MENTIONED FACILITY. TRYING TO CONTACT TOLLFREE NO. GIVEN CELKONMOBILES WEBSITE. REPLY THAT NUMBER IS NOT VALID.
