I have purchased celkon c347 on 23.7.10 with IME no 910040101114226.the mobile mike is not working recently and one of the button in keypad is also not responding.so i have given it for repair in authorised service centre i.e. laxmi ganapati communications(, moulana street, arundalpet, vijayawada ph.0866-6644318) on 18.5.2011 with job sheet no 2568.that is one month ago .they actually told that it will be ready with in 2 days.after one week when i called they told it is ready and i can take it, but when i have gone to the shop they asked me come on the next day.like that i have gone to the shop for 4 times and they finally said, it will take one more week.then i submitted a complaint in celkon website on 2.6.2011 at 5.30pm, on the very next one lady called to my no, i forgot to ask her name, and told that she will see that the mobile will get ready by 8.6.11.so i feel happy about services then, but till now even after one month they are saying it will take one more week, the mobile was sent to the company we cant do anything... day before yesterday i have subitted second compalint in company website, een then no response.iam mandal veterinary officer here.so many farmers are facing much problem as iam unable to communicate.i, myself got my time and money wasted moving around the service centre
hope u will take necessary action regarding this matte
