I have bought Celkon C999 in october worth of rs 4400 at big c mobilesat anantapur...
The price was reduced to 4000 after 1 week 7 now it is 3500 only...
within a week it was sent to company for repair, like that it has so many repairs & went to company 3times...
track ball of this mobile regularly does not work...
while buying the big c mobiles said that we will do service any where in India for 1year warranty...
but they are n't capable to do... now I am living in tirupathi... I am daily approaching celkon service centre for track ball repair... they are not responding properly and not repairing...
