Harssment for bill payment

Dear Sir,

I was customer of Vadafone connection when I shifted from Chennai to Mumbai I went for a minimum rental plan just to retain the number for it was prepaid number and I had many people knowing me by that number. Within 15 days i took a dokomo number. But when I went to pay the bill on a emergency visit to Cnennai, i was told my bill amount was 5500 Rs . which I have refused to pay for the same I am being badly abused by vadafone staff. I need to take the matter to the appropriate authority if there is no intervention after this complaint. Pl treat this as urgent.
