WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION

Dear Sir,

To the area manager,

Reg: Wrong balance deduction

Please refer to my email dated 10-04 wherein I requested you to refund Rs.20. Today again Rs.5 has been deducted. So you need to refund Rs.25 & future debited amount. It doesn’t matter how many times you have been crediting & debiting my a/c, my final balance must be 205.18, which please note.

I request to observe that your harassing attitude indirectly indicate that you don't want myself along with my 6 family member to continue as your subscribers.

I would like to know about daily balance deduction of Rs.5 from my number 9831153762. Awaiting your positive reply being different from your traditional reply (to my number 9831153762) "WE HAVE RECIEVED SIMILAR MAIL FROM YOU"
