TRAI is trying to control the mobile operators in many ways, but it is hard to stop everything in a country where corruption is nationalised. Tired of Airtel once and changed to Vodafone 3 years back and realised they are the big brothers of Airtel!! inflated bills are regular and poor customers has no option besides paying otherwise they will discontinue the services. After keeping a security deposit of INR 3000/- and providing passport copy and necessary document, had a terrible time abroad because of the ignorant customer case service! can't believe such bullshit from a international company!! While traveling i contacted their customer care and even nodal officer in Delhi, every time i got contradictory statements and demands, Vodafone is still in 18th century!!! Please think twice before you choose Vodafone.
