I have purchased a chimney of manufactured by FABER HEATCRAFT INDUSTRIES LTD from M/S Vijay Sales THANE, some one from one Lucky Enterprises came to fit the chimney after charging us Rs 400.00 he went back now the chimney is not working without charcol filters, the information was not given to us by Dealer, I have been calling the national toll free no., Lucky enterprise No, Vijay Sales in search of Filter but no one is answering the calls, now the chimney is fixed unutilised we have already removed the exauest fan for chimney & in the soup. we thought to buy the product of international brand in the hope of good service but it proved otherwise, Can something be done about it?
