Can't call to landline

Dear sir,

i registered complaints (karaikudi customer) several times as per airtel customer service advise.so far i'm not recived proper feedback from them regarding

1.i couldn't make call to std landline nos very often.

2 i'm not reciving airtel network in chennai district

PLS TAKE ACTION & REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
