TWO SIM OF SAME NUMBERS

HI ALL,

I GOT AIRTEL CONNECTION ON 12TH JUN

ON CHOSEN NUMBER WITH LG 110I MOBILE WITH 2 YEARS VALIDITY.

I HAD GIVEN THIS MOBILE TO MY FRIENDS ON BIRTHDAY.

I DONT KNOW HOW, BUT WHEN I CALLED ON THAT NUMBER SOMEBODY ELSE WAS PICKING UP THE PHONE AND WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT ITS NOT MY NUMBER, I REALLY SHOCKED.

HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE TO HAVE SAME NUMBER FOR TWO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER,

THE VALIDITY OF MY OLD NUMBER IS STILL RUNNING AND IT WILL XPIRE IN 2009 JUN.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN AIRTEL..

SOMEBODY SHOULD DO SOMETHING.
