Disgusting Service, Irresponsible Behavior, Repent Being A SONY Ericsson loyalist!!

I am really suffering using a Sony Ericsson CellPhone..

My Phone (w580i) bought in sep 2007 has already gone for repair twice in 6 months

1st in the span of 1 month (taken away for 21 days)

thsi is the second time.. given my phone tp Accel Frontline (Tardeo) on 3rd April and no response even today (7th may) as to when i will get it back. Calling Accel and actually getting through is a task in itself because it waists atleast half your day.

Called sony helpline in new delhi because no office in Mumbai which is so shocking.

they have not responded to when i will get it in over 12 days.

i am so frustrated.. they keep saying parts are not available. and it is supposedly a new phone lauched last year.

Replacing is what i asked in case they cant arrange for the parts but no 1 seems to be listening.

Worst case is that NO senior authority comes on the line after continuous request and no1 is taking any responsibilty.

they just keep saying.."Mam we need time, please understand"

and "Our seniors also have only that to say".. its disgusting!! Theres nothing like "HIGH PRIORITY" coz no response is what you get..

your so helpless without your phone for over a month and yet waitinggggggg!!

and the word WARRANTY is meaningless in their dictionery.. they might just keep your phone for the entire warranty period!!! BEWARE OF SONY PHONES HENCEFORTH..!!!
