I have purchased a Nokia hand set 6300 on 08.03.2008 from Nokia care authorised dealer. At the outset its display light was not working so i return back it to the Nokia care for repair as on 02.04.2008 vide job sheet no. 317434038/080402/2. After the so many reminders and follow ups the mobile hand set is not deliver by the Nokia care and i was in shocked and surprised when i approached to Nokia care as on 02.05.2008 when i enquired about my hand set so the representative of the Nokia care replied and told me that your hand set is still in same conditions as you left with us as on 02.04.2008. That it seems that Nokia Care specialize in cheating gullible customers by offering tempting services and luring them into opting for the same. And once the hapless customer has been caught in your trap, there is no way out for him, as you do not care for your customer. You are only interested in getting hapless customers and increasing your billings.
