Product not deliever and payment not refund

I have ordered a indicom mobile set on 05-06 through connectindia.in from mr. vineet sharma, number is 09717968979 and payment has been done for that mobile set. but product not deliever yet. and payment also not refund still of that mobile set.

Please take an action for this.
