I purchased blackberry 9900 on 18-sept. Within 10 days I got issues with the handset and so I went to croma for their help. They took my phone back and gave me a temporary set (which wasn't even working) for a backup. They told me that since it is a new set, they'll fight with the concerned people and would surely tell me the status of my phone by next day, latest by 6.00pm. I had to go out of city in next 2 days and so they also promised that since it is an issue in new set, so if they are unable to rectify/isolate problem in 5-6 hours, they will replace the set.
So I decided to wait.
Next day, I did not receive any call and so I visited the store again. The person who was responsible to call me and tell my status was not there. The store manager 'Mr. Abhilash Yeshodharan' told me that none of their employees could make such commitments and it would take time to rectify the handset problem. He did not promise the date/time by which i'll get my phone back.
As a result I am having lot of problems with their false commitments. It would be really helpful if any action can be taken against them.
