Dear Sir,

I am using a Crompton Greaves Geysers for a few years and was performing well. This being an ISO Product I had purchased it from Rathna Fan House T.Nagar, Chennai 600017

can you please guide me who will do the repair as suddenly it has failed. Except the glowing indicator light the geyser is not working. The local electrician just said may be the heating col got disconnected. Who will do the service/repair/Rathna Fan House or Crompton Greaves. Which tel. Number I should call for the repair. Please guide and help. Thanks.
