I bought a new geyser some 3 weeks back and its not working from the day i bought it. Conatcted the dealer but even he is not giving a positive response and suggested to contact the service center. After frequent requests to the service center on complain no. 0912013656, finally an execuive visited my site and said that thermostat is not working and needs to be changed.
He had given us a complaint receipt and said it will be chnaged in next 2 to 3 days but till now had no response from their side. Request you to look into this. Thanks.
