I am trying to get in touch with D & Y team for quite a long time.

My phone calls are kept on waiting for minutes and out of frustration i have to hang it up. i was curious to know if the product will really be delivered, after reading about cheating and fraud cases about the company.

i gave up on call and have send a message yesterday through email at [email protected] which is mentioned on their site.

product is Sony vivaz phone.

there is no response as of now.i want to know when the product will be delivered and about its quality, also the memory card that i will get along.

i need to have these details immediately. so that i can plan things and at least arrange for some alternative.

hope to get a better service and a courtesy reply.
