I have purchased one HTC TOUCH DIAMOND CDMA mobile set from DEALS AND YOU. They have send it through INFINITY GLOBAL INC., HYDRABAD. Firstly there was no logo of HTC. on the set, but the logo of VERIZON was there. They have upload the pic. of set with HTC logo. Now this is loking like local handset, if any know about it than it is ok. and no one knows about verizon in Uttar Pradesh.
Secondly, they have sent the set without breaking the code of the phone. As RELIANCE WEB WORLD told me when i went to transfer my reliance cdma number to it.
Now i have returned the set to infinity global, for which i spent Rs. 465/- extra. as courier charges. Now they are denying to refund the money, instead they told me to buy another set from them. But now i am doubtful of the quality of sets.
Now waht to do.
