On 21st October I purchased one Washing machine & one Microwave oven from Anandamela, Gariahat, Kolkata. On 24th october ur man Mr. Bappa came to install the washing machine & found the door lock not working. On 25th he further came with new lock machine & install the same. But Despite repeated request nobody turn up to install the Microwave oven till 4th November. Mr Arun Dinda ur representative while installing the same found the machine defective & told me that the machine will be changed but till date nobody turned up. If u donot take any action by 10th of november your performance will be highlighted to all leading newspapers of India & also electronics media by me since I am a journalist & have the capacity to highlight ur poor show outside India too.
