Deffective microwave oven

Dear Sir,

On 21st October, I, Debjani Roy had brought a washing machine & a microwave oven from Anand mela. The washing machine had been installed but on a boy named Arun Dinda had cum to installed it on 4th november & had found it defective.the water is not getting heated. So he had told us to replace it. I had sent u a mail on 4th november but u didnot reply. So pls do it as soon as possible.it's my request to u.
