two months ago, I have purchased mobile no n-81 from nokia shoppe named tely zone at Nawanshahar, Punjab, India . from past one month i have faced problem on my mobile, that it got hanged . then i went to nokia care for repair of mobile, they repaired my mobile but the problem was still stand. I again visited at nokia care, then they told me mobile will send to chandigarh service station. But 15 days past there is no responce from their. I am bank manager, my whole working depends on mobile.i am facing huge problems only because of nokia's bad service. So, iwant to aware you that what is happening under your control. I reqest you to please solve my problem as early as possible.
