Delayed delivery & some product not delivered

Order for DELL laptop was booked on 04-07 which was to be delivered within 7 - 10 working days. However, it was delivered on 27-07 without BLUETOOTH headset.

The reason for delay given by the sales executive on follow up after a week of date of booking was non availability of bluetooth headset. Despite long delay of almost 23 - 24 days, bluetooth headset was not delivered. Same should have been communicated during order booking money should not have been collected for the BLUETOOTH headset. We would have procured some other brand of laptop instead of DELL.

Further, just one day before delivery of the laptop, an email was sent by DELL to avail of any one of the following options.

1) Receipt of Headset by end of September

OR

2) Receipt of Bluetooth mouse in lieu of headset upon receipt of your confirmation.

OR

3) Upgrade of your existing NBD warranty support to Complete cover

By email and call from customer care, we have expressed our wish for giving us all three options or refund of the amount. However, since then DELL executives have not bothered to reply despite our several reminders.

Now after lot of emails to DELL customer care and phone calls to sales executive of DELL, Pune, we are approaching you for compensation. Kindly help us.
