Hi Friends,

Please don't go for Dish TV product... u will face a bad Customer Service support.

I am facing the service problem with them...

1. Very bad communication with the CC people/agent.

2. No product knowledge.

3. No respect on there communication

4. No on-time support / service

5. Bad technical trouble shooting skills..

if i want to say in one word.."No Professionalism"... Don't concentrate on Sharuk Khan new adds ..please concentrate on Customer service too..
