I M USING NOKIA E5 PHONE AND PURCHASED IT IN NOV 10, EARLIER I WAS HVNG E 63 SET. NOW SUDDENLY ALL DATA OF MEMORY CARD GOT LOST AND SHOWING AS MEMORY CARD NOT INSERTED INSPITE THE CARD WAS THERE IN THE PHONE.
WE VISITED UR NOKIA CARE ENTRE AT SUKHDEV MARKET, NEAR DEFENCE COLONY, NEW DELHI, THEY DIDNT CHECK THE PH AND ASK ME TO PAY 1650/- TO GET THE FRONT PANEL REPLACED FRST AS THR WAS A SLIGHT CRACK.
THEN WE WENT TO O 9 LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI, NOKIA CARE THEY FORMATTED THE PHONE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS THE SAME AND AGAIN IT IS SHOWING AS MEMORY CARD NOT INSERTED.
THIS TYPE OF HELL BEHAVOIUR IS GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS, I WANT TO GIVE MSG THAT NOBODY SHOULD GO WITH NOKIA COMPANY WHO IS NOT OFERING AFTER SALES SERVICE, THEN WHY TO SPEND A LOT IN THSE TYPE OF MOBILEPHONES.
