This is with regard to a service complaint registered at the customer care help line no and the BP no given is 8410978516. The nature of complaint is a request for a filter replacement as the indicated on the refrigerator.
The complaint is pending since April 14th and subsequent reminders have been given to the call center.
After a couple of reminders a Mr Khan did visit us and we requested him to do the needful. The gentleman left with assurances that it would be done the next day. Subsequently another representative did give a courtesy call assuring us he would come soon but have to still hear from him.
This is the state of affairs and am extremely disappointed with the quality of service offered by Samsung and the impression I have gathered would hesitate to ever buy a Samsung product ever again.
As a well wisher I would like to emphasize that to date I have been a very loyal Samsung customer be it LCD Teivision or other electronics and purchased several of your products which are extremely reliable and durable but this is the first time that I have ever had a service requirement and this experience has indeed left a bitter taste.
I am not sure if this complaint of ours would fall on deaf ears but anyways thought it worthwhile to let go of my frustration.
