IMEI no. default

I had purchase mobile through rediff shopping, but, after sucessful running for 2 months, now it, s imei no. is not working i.e. it imei no. is defaulted, so my mobile is switch off from last 5 days even single is showing on mobile, but we not recd. & call any one because of this problem, i lost no. of urgent phone. My purchase order no. is 5978970 which was booked by hemant paliwal. I want urgent solution of this.
